Each health professional must ensure Active listening when facing Patients.
Good communication and coordination among staff is essential.
Should monitor Medical ethics in clinic.
A committee should be established in clinic for solving the medical ethic problems.
Patient exit survey form, inform consent form and Referral form should be prepare in clinic.
