The meeting started by the recitation of Holly Quran, then introduce all the participants by themselves, the meeting started based on already prepared agendas.

- Provided information regarding health services that provide by the clinic.
- Informed the participants regarding discounts and malnutrition. And counseling is free of charge.
- Finally the members of meeting decided to held this meeting on regular basis in the first week of each month.
- Meeting members suggested to start Night Duty shifts in this clinic.
